​Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services are evidence-based therapies that help children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disabilities to develop  important life skills. Services are individualized and may target communication, social skills, attention, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and academic readiness. The overall goal of ABA is to promote meaningful skill development, greater independence, and improved quality of life. These principles can help to decrease maladaptive behaviors such as aggression, self-stimulatory behaviors, and self-injury.
